This is the second part of the three part article entitled GETTING RID OF A FLATMATE, called the GETTING RID OF A FLATMATE PT.2, where you will learn how to get rid of a roommate or a flatmate when he or she stops being a help you to and ends up as a nuisance or an annoying flatmate.  Here are some of the tips that you could follow if you want to get rid of your annoying flatmate with a real nerve.  In the first instalment of the article, we talked about some of the advantages that you are bound to enjoy when you have a flatmate or a roommate.  However, there are times when you do not get along with your roommate whatever you do, and you could not blame anyone for it, not even your roommate.

No matter how much you really get along with other people, no matter how comfortable you are with them or even if they are complete strangers and you still feel like exchanging and sharing life stories with them, you are still bound to meet someone along the way who you could not be real friends with and cannot even be civil with, and that is just normal and that is just inevitable.  And you would just have to do something to keep the peace and from suffering from World War III inside your flat, and here are the tips and ways that you could do to be rid of that annoying flatmate of yours; some of this might be really tricky and sneaky, but bear in mind that you would just have to go with it and do it so you could keep both your sanity.

One of the things that you could do to be rid of your super annoying flatmate or roommate is to make sure that his or her name is not included in the list of tenants that you are giving your land lord or land lady.  This is a very direct move and will convey what you truly want to say in very easy and simple terms.  This would also be the most straightforward way because you are informing all the people involved, the lessor and your other flatmates that you do not want that particularly annoying flatmate of yours as a flatmate anymore.  This would also be easy because he or she will not have a legal claim on your flat anymore because he or she is no longer a tenant.

Another thing that you could do is to make sure that he or she does not have the right to stake a claim in your flat anymore, and that he or she cannot contest you in your will to not share a flat with him or her anymore.  You could do this by taking care of the legal procedures and making sure that there would be no loopholes in it.

This article is continued on the next instalment, entitled, GETTING RID OF A FLATMATE PT.2.
