How Can I Remove A Small Black Rubber Mark From A Liquid Screen Monitor?

My roommate dropped his large video camera onto his liquid screen monitor. The rubber lens left a smudge. The mark is the size of a small scratch; it is so annoying, yet I don’t want to take the chance of melting the screen by cleaning it with some solution… Please help!

Just make sure what you use is ammonia free.

    Hi jewel_4004,
I was able to clean some marks off mine with “Dust Off Monitor Wipes”.
I found them at Walmart in the electronics department. They are in a plastic container a little bigger then a can of cleanser would be. It says they are safe for laptop and LCD screens.
They worked so good we use them on our TV now.
